PLEASE HELP US!

As a member of the Behavioral Health Initiative, I am asking for your help. We are trying to assess the STIGMA that seems to follow those with substance use disorder. I am asking each of you, who lives in one of these counties, Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Emmett, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee, and Wexford, to not only complete this survey but share it with your AA, NA and other recovery groups.
